Thank you for visiting my site. Therapy can be a difficult choice... yet a proactive, positive choice. You may be seeking help for yourself, a loved one, or to help a relationship. Through talk therapy, we can process your thoughts, feelings and current coping strategies and apply researched base interventions to help you relieve symptoms, all while uncovering your true potential and meaning. I am a science driven, interactive therapist with the goal of assisting each client as an individual, as a family member and/or as a member of a larger society. We will evaluate where you are in life, how you got here, where you would like to go, and of course, how to get there!
It's true, therapy can be hard work. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can eventually change the way we think, feel and behave. Sometimes we may need to vent or learn new strategies for dealing with others in our lives such as children, spouses, bosses or parents.
